We operate with a small number of people. There is no unique dish. We simply prepare the ingredients we receive to make them even more delicious. Appropriate preparation and pasteurization such as baking, boiling, and steaming. We will deliver the finished product to the customer immediately. Our store's biggest commitment is to do the obvious things.
Food Directly delivered vegetables!
The photo is of a farmer's field. The vegetables that were planted in the field an hour before the event arrive at the store and are placed on customers' plates. Of course vegetables are alive. What happiness! This is the meaning of running Restaurants in a rural area.
Food blessings of nature
Daisen City, Akita Prefecture is surrounded by the Dewa Hills (Nishiyama) and the Ou Mountains (Higashiyama). Many mountain fruits decorate your seasonal dining table. Spring to summer is the season for wild vegetables. Daisen City's wild vegetables, which are grown in clean snowmelt water, are highly rated in Tokyo and are a true gem that are even used in famous Restaurants. In autumn, residents enjoy mushrooms and chestnuts, as well as freshwater fish such as rockfish and river crabs in the river. We believe that the essence of Italian cuisine is cooking ingredients that are loved by the people of the region.
