昭和43年創業の老舗珈琲店。一杯の珈琲で、人に幸福を。
毎朝、新鮮な豆を厳選し、門外不出のレシピでブレンドし自家焙煎。フレッシュな珈琲豆はご注文後に粗挽き。一杯のコーヒーを提供するのに約10gを使用するのが一般的ですが、ほぼ倍量の20gを使用しています。沢山の量を極粗挽きにする事で余計な苦味や渋みを出さず美味しく香り高い部分だけをサイフォンで抽出。温めたカップに「焙煎したて、挽きたて、淹れたて」のコーヒーを資格保持者が一杯一杯、心を込めて提供します。
