こんなに新鮮でおいしいジビエは初めて!
鮎から始まり、鹿、熊、ウリ坊など…
多種多様なお肉をいただきました!
柳家は、岐阜県瑞穂市にあり、
瑞穂駅までは、名古屋から約1時間、
瑞穂駅からは、送迎バスで、約30分…
かなり山の中にあります。
立派な古民家風の屋敷の中には、囲炉裏があり、
それを囲むように座ります。
あ〜、火が燃えているのを見ると、心が落ち着きますね!
最初は、子持ち鮎の塩焼き
焚き火の赤外線効果で、しっかりの中まで火が通り、
頭から尻尾まで、余すことなくいただけます!
鮎の肝が苦くてうまい!
これに合わせるのは、日本酒でしょう!
九州鹿のヒレ肉
弾力があり、噛めば噛むほど味わい深い!
塩大根
箸休めに出された塩大根がみずみずしくてうまい!ジビエの脂がスーッと消えていく!
肉肉しいジビエには、赤ワインを!
最高級のワインが揃っている!
皆で4本ほどいただきました!
ウリ坊のロース
弾力のある大人の猪と異なり、肉は柔らかく、脂は甘い!

絶品!脂が溶けていく〜!最高です!
熊鍋
囲炉裏に10人前の大きな鍋が運ばれてきました!
赤味噌と豆味噌をブレンドした濃厚な汁が
肉肉しい熊肉に良く合う!
青ネギの他、里芋や蒟蒻など野菜もたっぷり!
あまりのおいしさに3杯もお代わりしちゃった!
自然薯ごはん
自然薯に混ぜてあるのは、味噌とのこと!
しょう油よりもやさしい味わいに!
麦ごはんとともに、一緒にかき込みます!
あ〜、おいしい!これまた3杯お代わり!
もう腹パンです!
デザートに、みかんをいただきました!
甘くてみずみずしくておいしい!
