楽しかった大阪生活のラストナイト。
引っ越しの荷造りの合間の夕飯なので、
家から電車で近くて、
大好きな福島にしました。
古民家を改造したお洒落なお店がひしめくエリア。
もちろん店を厳選して、
前々から予約をしました。
本日も予約でいっぱい。
予約をしていない人は誰も入れませんでした。
生ビールとレモンサワーで乾杯をします。
おまかせ串5本1,200円 2人前
ポテトサラダ550円
茄子の揚げ浸し?円
秋刀魚の卵かけご飯?円
そこまでお腹が空いていないので、
軽めにしました。
さて、お通しはカボチャの茶碗蒸し。
卵の殻を器にした面白い料理から始まります。
あまりカボチャの味はしませんが、
クリーミーで美味しい〜
ポテサラもシャベルの上に乗ってきます。
濃いめの色の部分は揚げじゃがいも
ほんのりツナが入ってるのかな
旨味もあります。
揚げ茄子も、おまかせの串も
全部美味しくて楽しい料理ばかり!!
最後の秋刀魚の卵かけご飯は
オーダーが入ってから炊き込みで作ってあります。
これも未成熟の卵を醤油漬けをかけて頂きます。
うまーーーい
お会計の出し方もちょっと変わってて面白い。
こんな料理初めて。
