かなり久々の淺井さん。
リアルに10年振りくらいかも。
あの頃は、15-6人板さんたちが
てんやわんや。。。
してた気がする…。
お給仕さんも
器ずっと下げてくれないし
まぁ、バタバタするよね。
今日は板さん方5-6人かな。
料理長を中心に
活気はもちろんあるのよ。
いい素材なのも変わらず。

もはやフルーツでした。
甘くて香りがあって…美味しい♡
お造り盛りの甘海老…
みそと合わさっていて
美味しすぎて、熱燗をいってしまう。
特出して美味しかったのは
このふたつかな。
お電話に聞き耳立ててたけど
ビーガンの方の予約まで受け付けていて

本当に肩肘張らずに
美味しいものをさくっと食べる感じ。
締めも最高。
