2年前の暮れに「ふたり忘年会」をやって以来の「かなざわ」さん。
今年は仕事納めの夜にうかがいました。
島根の地酒「李白」を頼んで、まずは焼鳥から。
いちよう予約して行ったんですが、この日は空席もあり、そんなに混んでなく、「ねぎま(タレ)」「なんこつ」「手羽先」と、いいペースで焼きあがって来ます。
やっぱり「かなざわ」の焼鳥、美味しいですね。
ちなみに、こちらの焼鳥は塩が基本です。
「つくねのおろしポン酢」「生麩田楽」をはさんで、「せせり」「こころ」。
数量限定の「白肝」が食べたかったんですが、なくなってしまったようで「白子」を。
野菜系では「わさび菜サラダ」と「こかぶ炭焼」。
わさび菜のピリ辛味はいいアクセントに、シンプルな塩味で焼いた「こかぶ」が香ばしくて、これは思わぬ美味しさ。
この店では欠かせない「松葉」(鎖骨のから揚げ)を頼んで、お酒は伏見・神聖の熱燗にチェンジ。ぐい呑みはカゴの中の好きな物を選んで使うことが出来ます。
「白肝のしぐれ煮」も日本酒にピッタリですね。
〆は、とろっとろ鶏スープの「濃厚鶏ぞうすい」をしば漬と一緒に・・・
期待通り、ハズレなしに美味しい、今年最後の外呑みとなりました。
