ChefLionel Becca - A master chef who transforms the power of ingredients into cuisine
Born in 1976 in Corsica, France. After turning 20, he started his career as a chef, joining Michel Troisgros' brasserie "Le Central". After training at Michel Troisgros-starred Restaurants, he became second chef at "Maison Troisgros" at the age of 26. In 2006, he was appointed chef at the opening of "Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros" and came to Japan. He served as executive chef there for five and a half years, before moving to "ESqUISSE" in 2012.
