ChefYosuke Suga - Captivating with his unique style
Born in 1976 in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. At the age of 21, he met master chef Joel Robuchon and spent the next 16 years studying under him. He served as Executive Chef from the launch of the new restaurant in Tokyo, Las Vegas, and other countries. 2014, he founded SUGALABOInc. and the following year, he became independent with SUGALABO. His wide range of activities include collaborating with companies and finding ingredients.
