個室が無料で利用できる人数で日曜のランチ「富貴飲茶5000円」をいただきました。
印象に残った一品は、チリ貝のオイスターソース煮込み・海老入り春巻・
特製小龍包・海老蒸し餃子・鶏肉と新生姜の炒め物。
チリ貝は、食感があわびと同じで、餡がとても上品で美味い。
海老の春巻は、えびの食感を味わえる春巻です。
小龍包は、中から出る肉汁がたまりません。
海老蒸し餃子は、半透明の皮で包まれて、ぷりぷりの食感をだしてました。
一番パンチのあったのは、鶏肉と新生姜の炒め物です。
今が旬の新生姜は、見事に鶏肉と調和していて、美味しかったです。
料理長王さんお薦めの「胡麻団子」は、中の黒胡麻も餡と混じり、至極の一品です。
最後に、試作で出していただいたカスタードクリームが入った揚げ菓子は、とても美味しかったです。
