魚作に通い続けてもう20数年、札幌に用が無くても魚作目当てに通い続けています。
今回はGoTo北海道札幌、到着日の夜早速伺いました。
コロナ陽性者の数をマスコミが過剰報道するからでしょう、金曜夜のすすき野はまるでゴーストタウン。人通りまばらでこんなすすき野を見るのは初めてですが、GoToトラベラーにとっては最適環境、店のカウンターにはアクリル板が設置されていますが、帰り際まで奥座敷のグループ除いてカウンターは私たちの貸し切り状態、こんな魚作さんを見るのも今回が初めてです。
3年ぶりの訪問、今回も北海道海の幸で贅沢三昧。

毛ガニは不漁とのこと、今回はサイズが小さいにも関わらず仕入れて頂けたことに感謝、蟹みそたっぷり最後は甲羅酒も楽しみました。
厚岸があまりにも有名になった北海道の真牡蠣ですが、厚岸の西厚岸湾の仙鳳趾牡蠣も道内では有名です。今回の仙鳳趾牡蠣は過去最高の大きさ、半分に切ってもらいましたがそれでも3Lサイズの超ビッグな真牡蠣は勿論ミルキー、味か濃いですね~(^^♪
今回も北海道海の幸を満喫、遠くても通い続けたいNo.1の和食割烹「魚作」さんでした。
