ブリア・サヴァランを。
赤ワインに移り、モン・ドールとエメンタールとグリュイエールのフォンデュ、京鴨の生ハム、シェーブルとりんごと蜂蜜、りんごとラムレーズンの発酵バターパイとル・レクチェの発酵バターパイなどをちょこちょこ少量ずついただき、紅茶で締め。
