今回は税別6,000円のコース。
煮物にほんのり桜の香りがつけてあるなど、細やかな仕事が施されたお料理はとても美味しい。
お酒も、極めて珍しい小布施ワイナリーの日本酒やリリースされたばかりの産土香子(かばしこ)から能登半島地震で被害が大きかった満寿泉など珠玉のラインナップ。
