早めに着いたので、前に行った美味しいお鮨屋さん「和田上」の場所をチェック。

さてさて、ちょっと急な階段を上って、頼もしいマダムにご挨拶。
説明を聞くだけでもどれも美味しそうでヨダレが出ちゃう、すすめ上手の素敵な方なんですよ~~。

食べた物は写真に名前をつけてあるので、そちらで確認していただくとして、前菜三種の中では大根クラゲのパリパリ感がとても気に入りました。
この日入った冬筍(土に埋まっているのを掘り起こした)を使ったお料理をぜひ食べるようにというマダムのおすすめに従い、いただいた牛肉筍がまた絶品♡
この味は、真空パックの水煮筍では絶対に味わえません。
要予約、見事な焼き色の北京ダックは、もちろんホールで。
巻き方のレクチャー、講師はマダム♪
豆鼓牡蠣は、オイスターソースで旨味アップの濃いめ味。
なのに、くどさは全くありません。
特筆すべきはトマトから作るエビチリソース。
片栗粉を使わず、たっぷりの野菜でとろりとするのです。
さらさらしていて、とても体に良さそう!
まだまだいっぱい食べて、お腹がはちきれそうでしたが、全然胃もたれしないお料理です。
6人ぐらいで行くと、いろいろ食べられて良いですよ~。
