渋谷の円山町にある「ひで」さんへ久しぶりに会食で訪問しました。個室座敷にテーブル、椅子スタイルが昭和な空間にアレンジ感があり素敵です。
この日の料理はおでん以外は大将にお任せで出して頂きましたがらどれも素晴らしい酒の肴です、ばくらいやクジラベーコンを合いの手につまみながら銀だら西京焼き等を頂きました。大将の火入れが自分には最高の塩梅です。おでんはお好みチョイス、昆布、大根、アキレスは至極、これをまとめる出汁が素晴らしいです。
おでん食べて初めて和からしが邪魔に感じる出汁に魅了されています。(笑)
最後は握り寿司で〆る、何もいうことないです。
また来年も伺いたいと思います。
