招福桜の再訪問は『秋に』と決めていました。
八日市駅より徒歩直ぐの位置。森林に囲まれた
玉砂利のアプローチを歩きながら身も心もきゅっと
締まっていきます。
今回は33000円(サービス料20%税別)のお献立を
いただきました。
朱の盃にて女将さんの一献から。
その後熱燗で滋賀の地酒『松の司』を頂きながら。

禅の精神と茶の心を基にしたお料理ですので
当然ポーションは控えめ。お出汁と温度が
素晴らしい。美味しいです。
最後まで料理人さんは姿は見せずし主役はお客。
お祝儀でも包むか余程の常連ならば
挨拶として恥かしげにでていらっしゃるのかも
知れませんが料理人さんは裏方に徹する
正統料亭の流儀。あくまでも主役は私たち客。
お出汁、器、造り、庭園、調度品…何といっても
お金では手に入らぬ歴史がつくりあげた美があり
日本文化の集大成となす。
幾重にも伺える処ではなく格別な気分を味わい
たいときに訪れたい私にとっての此処一番です。
