この日は相方と買い物に行く予定だったので去年出店されたばかりの銀座 鮨おのでら 弟さんへ食べログで予約してからランチ訪問。
店内はカウンターが10席ほどと個室がいくつあってかなり広い。
暖簾をくぐると温泉旅館のような玄関で笑顔の女将さんに出迎えてもらい、清潔感のあるカウンター席に案内してもらった。
1人で来るには少し勇気が入りそうな雰囲気。

握りは赤酢のシャリと米酢のシャリをネタによって使い分けており、ネタとのバランスが非常に良かった。
切りつけがいいからなのか中トロや鰆のフォルムはすごく綺麗で見た目でも楽しめた。
中でも自家製の唐墨をたっぷり振り掛けた泥障烏賊は噛めば噛むほどしっとり、ねっとりとした唐墨の舌触りと甘みが増してくる泥障烏賊が同調していくような気がしてとても美味しかった。
くるみの餡子と嶺岡豆腐のデザートは鎌倉にある甘味処「くるみ」というお店の餡子を使っており、上品な甘味と嶺岡豆腐のミルクのような優しい甘味が混ざり合い、杏仁豆腐やパンナコッタのような味わいで非常に美味しかった。
お酒は氷で常に冷やし続けられる可愛い徳利での提供されるので写真映えするが値段設定は少し高め。
これから二子玉川で買い物することが増えそうなのでランチ、ディナー両方で利用してみたいと思う。
