久々にお邪魔しました。
上タン塩でさっぱりとスタート。
ユッケも超フレッシュ。
A5ランクの万葉牛の肉質が半端ない上ハラミ。
ツボ漬けカルビをサンチュに巻いて、あー下ダレの染み具合最高。
人数いる時は要予約の参鶏湯は必須。煮込み尽くされたとろとろの丸ごとの鶏肉とスープであたたまりましょう。
裏切らない石焼ビビンバとニンニクライスでフィニッシュ。
うますぎてついついあれもこれも注文しすぎるので要注意。
それでも、食べたいもの全部はなかなか注文できない。
胃袋のキャパがもっと大きければなあ。
近いうちにまたこなきゃ!あービビン冷麺とユッケジャンも食べたかったー。
