さて和歌山での仕事をようやく終え、大阪市を避け堺市に初めて宿泊します
てなると有名なこちらに是非行ってみたいとダメ元で少し早めに予約をしてみたらいけた!
こちらに来るため仕事を頑張ったと言っても過言ではない

大将のお出迎えをいただき、まずは瓶ビールから
お弟子さんとの息がぴったり 素晴らしい段取りでタイミングよく出してくださいます
お客様の好みを聞きながら嫌な顔一つせず対応してくださる
私は嫌いなものほぼないのでそのままいただきました
刃物の街堺です 包丁にも注目しながら飲み食いしていました
内容について事細かには書きませんが、特に美味しかったのは松葉蟹の茶碗蒸し、鯛のお造りカラスミがけ、鰻、剣先イカ、
鯖、おいなりさん
シャリは米酢のみで、ほど良く酸がたって、硬さも良い
サビ強めでした これがまた良い
シャリは温度が命とのことで握る前に奥から少しずつシャリを出してくださいます
もう言うことない訳でありますが、何より感動したのが、帰る時、ホテルに向かう道で角を曲がるまでなかなか距離があったのに見えなくなるまで大将自らお見送りをしてくれておりました 涙が出そうになりました
感動の連続です ご馳走様でした♪
