年始に食べた吉宗の茶碗蒸し、半年経って禁断症状が出てきた。出汁が効いた丼サイズの茶碗蒸し、無性に食べたくなる。ここの吉宗は皿うどんもやってて小盛りと茶碗蒸しを組み合わせたサービスセットなるメニューがある。ここに駆け込む人の心理をよく理解されてる。頼むのは両方楽しめるこの一択。あーこれだこれだ。出汁が脳天に沁み渡る。鯨料理も実は有名で隠れた逸品。小さい頃の記憶が甦る。長崎に帰省しなくても食べれる。ありがたやー。また行こう。
