お久しぶりにすし昇さんに貸し切り会で伺いました。
アニサキスでアレルギーになり、肉寿司に転身したと聞いたときはビックリ!

残念ながらアニサキスが寄生してるサバ、サンマ、アジ、イワシ、ヒラメ、サケ、カツオ、イカなどは食べれなくなりました。
でも、マグロや金目鯛、蛤、車海老、ノドグロ、雲丹は以前と変わらぬレベルの高さ!
そこにシャトーブリアン、トモサンカク、サーロインの肉寿司が加わって異次元の寿司屋に転身!
昇平大将曰く、肉寿司はアニサキスに逃げたのではなく、挑戦である!と。
全国的にも珍しい高級寿司店の肉寿司、高額ながらも年内予約取れないほどの人気ぶり♪
すし昇グループ総帥の実業家の顔もみられ、今後の出店計画やお店のアイデアなど話してくれました。
キャバ嬢のお姉ちゃんがサシで握る寿司屋できたら絶対行くね♪(*´罒`*)
始めて会った時に比べ貫禄が増し、ドヤ顔も板についてきました。
ちょっと贅沢にお寿司摘むって感じじゃなく、もう裕福層のグルメ相手の商売になったので、今後お店行きづらくなったのは寂しいかな~(;´∀`)
ワンランク上のステージに昇ったすし昇さん。
まだまだ昇って、憧れのお店として末永く名古屋に君臨してくださいね♪
