九州の新進気鋭のお店、
いつも良い情報を載せてくれるはるきちさんや食いしん坊薬剤師さん、それに4トラベルという旅のサイトで、お寿司に関しても日本全国回っていて評価も結構シリアスな方(まるくんさん)が、ここを絶賛していました。それで行ってみた次第。
対面式の場合、大将が怖い方だとそれだけで食欲がうせてしまう犬っころのような性格(ホントか?)ゆえ、こちらのご亭主のような物腰の柔らかい方だと本当に安心します(^^) 始終リラックスした雰囲気の中、ご一緒した他のお客さと和気藹々と楽しい時間を過ごしました。
コスパ抜群の、江戸前寿司。
堪能しました~~。
私にはちょっと量が多めかなぁ・・・というくらいでしたが、全部食べましたよ。すごくおいしいんで(笑)
特に、アナゴ、伊勢海老、サヨリ、漬け、博多産のタイラギのヒモ、タコの桜煮が印象的でした。
サヨリの〆方が独得。見た目にもきれいでとても繊細な味。
マグロの漬けはその場で漬けるというパフォーマンス。
ブリは寝かせ具合で、脂が優しくおいしかった。
タイラギのヒモ・・・・福岡産なんてここ数年お目にかかったことがありません。歯触りと言い、香りと言い、抜群で、踊りだしたいくらいうまかった~~~~。
目の前でさばかれる伊勢海老は、ものすごく型が良い大振りのもの。軽く火を通し、生の味噌の部分をトッピング。磯の香りがとてもよかったです。
また、季節が変わる頃に行きたいです。
