菊川にある新日本料理のお店へ^ - ^
従来の日本料理とは少し違い、料理によっては洋食でよく使われるトリュフを使ったり、生クリームソースを使ったりと和と洋を融合した料理が頂けるのがおぶねの魅力( ^ω^ )静岡の食材だけではなく、この日は「越前の本ずわい蟹」を自家製のポン酢、追い鰹したホイップクリームとキャビアを合わせたソースと一緒に頂きました^ ^もう最高過ぎましたね^ - ^他の逸品料理も全て最高に美味しかったです^o^あとは高木大将がいつも温かく迎えてくれるので、この最高の空間がたまらなく好きです♪
今回は22周年コースを頂きましたが、これからもおぶねの料理を頂きに行きたいなと心から想いました☆
