20230806 盛夏 日曜日(土用丑の日から1週遅れ)晴れ 昼食
…な、贅沢お昼ごはんであります。コチラの鰻、独特なタレが黒いうえ、甘みが少なく苦みや辛味が強めなので、賛否両論があります。ですが、ふっくらと蒸され、備長炭で焼き上げられた、旨味たっぷりな国産鰻であります。少なくとも、我が家は大好きです。今回は特上を奮発しました。そしてやはり鰻重には欠かせない、肝吸いを別料金ではありますが、追加であります。
2020年8月の二の丑以来、諸般の事情から行かれませんでしたが、久方ぶりにコチラの鰻が食べられました。今週中から盆の入り。暑さのピークが終わるまであと2週、もう少し頑張れそうです。
本当は、本来の鰻の旬である晩秋から初冬に食べたいですね。という事で、今年は旬の時期にも鰻を食べるとしましょうか。
夏の終わりまで、熱中症で倒れない気合を貰えた気分になれました。体力的に辛い時期が終わるまでもう少し。頑張れ!別モノことワタシ。
