光明池運転免許試験場の近くにあるお蕎麦屋さん。
駐車場も広くて安心です。
立派な日本家屋をリフォームされていて、
手入れの行き届いたお庭を臨みながらのお食事はとても優雅な気分になれます。
いつもお昼時は沢山のお客さんでいっぱいだけど1時を過ぎるとそんなに待たずに案内されます。
玄関の暖簾をくぐり土間で靴を脱いでお邪魔します。
座敷席とテーブル席、個室風のテーブル席があります。
忙しい時はお店の方の指示があるけれど
選べるなら、奥の方のお庭が見える席がおすすめです。
まだ足元が冷える日もあるこの時期…
テーブル毎にホットカーペットが敷かれていてほんのり暖かいのは幸せ♡
頂いたのは名物の釜揚げそば1斤半¥1900
かちんそば ¥1350
初めてだとちゃんとスタッフの方が食べ方の説明してくれます。
一口づつ食べる量を沸騰したお鍋でしゃぶしゃぶ♪
細めのお蕎麦なので30秒程で直ぐに浮き上がって来たところをキャッチ!
まずお出汁だけでお蕎麦を楽しみます。
初めはお出汁濃いのでちょっとだけつけて…
だんだん良い感じに薄まったところで大根おろしと薬味を入れて頂きます.
大根おろしがすごく風味があってお蕎麦を格上げしてくれます。
味変第2段!お出しに玉子をといて頂きます.
玉子がおそばに絡んで一気にまろやかに〜
自分で茹でながらなので伸びる心配もなく
ゆっくりとお庭を見ながらいろいろな食べ方を楽しむ〜贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
