セントレアから鹿児島まで
約1時間半ほどの飛行時間。
鹿児島中央駅からバスに乗って天文館通で下車
そこから歩いて5,6分ぐらいの場所です。
想像していたよりずっと都会です♪
お店に入ると大将のお出迎え。
さすが!凛とした空気感です。
少々緊張しながら席に着きます。
目の前はたくさんの薬味や醤油、ポン酢などが
ずらりと並んでます。

シャリは地元の十曽渓流米
㈲ライス郷井手口(鹿児島県伊佐市)さんが開発したお米で、清流の天然水を使い有機肥料100%で栽培されています。
握りのシャリは超小型サイズで、握り方はしっかり。
超小型サイズで口の中での解けは早いから、握りの堅さは気になりません。

脂が優しい勘八、
脂のりが良いのに軽やかな真鯵
紫雲丹〜〜甘くて美味しいだけじゃない!
余韻が違うんです✨

はじける美味しさです。

ふわっふわっふわの太刀魚で唸って
穴子で黙るぐらいの美味しさ✨✨✨
蒸し立てふわふわです。
