六本木交差点からすぐという超好立地にありながら、14,300円で全20品の料理と日本酒ペアリングが楽しめる神がかった店。
ということで今回も「極上SAKEペアリング付きおまかせコース(全20品・14,300円)」を予約して訪問。
ちなみにペアリングをつけないとコースで8,800円という驚きの価格設定だ。
場所は六本木交差点近くの大戸屋のあるビルの地下一階。
高級感のある店内は10席ほどのカウンター席とテーブル席、そして個室も完備している。個人的に寿司屋ではカウンター席が好きなので今回もカウンター席を利用した。
スタッフさんは皆清潔感があり非常に心地よい接客で、良い意味で寿司屋にありがちな「頑固な職人」というイメージを払拭してくれる。
LINEの友達登録をすると、そちらにて当日のメニューを確認することができる。名物の「蒸し鮑トリプリング」など定番のメニューはあるが、基本的には時期によって旬の食材を使うためメニューが変わるのが嬉しい。
この日は季節の先付け3品から始まり、中トロのペアリング、お造り、酢の物、水蛸の握り、蓮根と芝海老の東寺蒸し、白身の握り2種、蒸し鮑トリプリング、本日の貝握り、生本鮪の握り、牡蠣とエリンギの小丼と特製出汁のペアリング、本日の光り物、本鮪赤身漬けの握り、銀鱈の西京焼き、本日の蒸し寿司、穴子の手巻き、しじみのお吸い物、玉といったラインナップ。
雲丹やイクラといった高級素材をふんだんに使う、という感じではなく、旬の素材を活かした丁寧な寿司と、オリジナル性のあるこちらならではの一品料理は絶品。一人前2〜3万円する寿司屋と比べても遜色ないどころかこちらの方が色々と楽しめる料理も多いと思う。
そして特筆すべきは日本酒のペアリングだ。
約3品ごとに出される日本酒は各種しっかりコンセプトがあり、それを聞いているだけでも楽しい。
そして飲める人はおかわりもして良いという神対応。
ついつい飲み過ぎてしまうことは言うまでもない。
ということで今回も大満足の寿司体験であった。
2022年11月にオープンしてから既に3度目の訪問だが、何度行っても飽きがなく、また通いたくなる素晴らしい店だ。
口コミやクラウドファンディングなどでもどんどん人気が出ている店なので、今のうちに是非体験して欲しい。
